PEANUT, PRETZEL BARK 
1 (28 oz.) pkg. Eagle Brand chocolate or vanilla flavored candy coating
1 1/2 c. broken, thin unsalted pretzels
1 c. peanuts, coarsely chopped

In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt candy coating, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into thin layer on foil-lined baking sheets. Chill for 30 minutes. Break into chunks. Store, covered, at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
