2 boxes butter cookies
1 2 lb. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. dates, chopped fine
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
8 to 10 butter cookies, crushed
1 box dream whip

Mix the above ingredients together. Let stand overnight. Using 3 cookies, fill with 1 tablespoon of above filling, between. Cover with dream whip, sprinkle and roll in coconut. Chill and enjoy!
