1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
1 1/2 lbs. raw hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. mustard
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Mix above ingredients together and spread on bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour and then cover with foil for additional 15 minutes or until meat is done. Slice loaves and dip in hot spaghetti sauce.
