CRISPY HERB CHICKEN 
4 oz. chicken breast
2 tbsp. bran, unprocessed
Parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme
2 tbsp. nonfat milk

Dip chicken in milk. Put herbs and bran in a plastic bag. Shake chicken until well coated. Place in a teflon pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Each Serving: approximately 175 calories.
