MEXICAN CABBAGE | |
2 lbs. hamburger meat 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, mashed 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can Rotel 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 2 heads of cabbage, shredded Brown first four ingredients together in Dutch oven. Drain off excess grease; add soup, Rotel and tomatoes then add shredded cabbage, salt and pepper and let simmer for 45 minutes. |
