TASTY LITTLE PIZZA SNACKS 
1 lb. italian sausage
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. American cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
3 loaves party rye bread

Crumble and brown sausage with onion and pepper; drain well. Add seasonings. Cut cheese into cubes and add to sausage. Cook slowly until melted. Spread a scant tablespoon on each bread slice. Place on baking sheets; freeze. Place in Ziploc bags to store until needed. Bake frozen 10 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Makes 11 dozen.
