LAZY PEACH PIE 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. (1 small can) evaporated milk
15 oz. (1 can) peaches, sliced in heavy syrup

Melt butter in a 8x10-inch pyrex dish and set aside.

Mix together bisquick, sugar and milk. Pour over center of butter. Pour peaches in center of mixture (do not stir).

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

NOTE: You can use 2 packages of frozen strawberries instead of peaches. If berries are tart, add sugar to taste.
