SPINACH PIE 
1 medium chopped onion
1 stick butter
4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg beaten
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded

Sauté onions in butter in skillet. Combine onion with spinach and seasonings in bowl, mixing well. Spoon half the mixture into buttered pie plate. Spread with cheddar cheese. Cover with remaining spinach mixture. Spoon eggs over layers. Top with Swiss cheese.

Bake 375°F for 40 minutes.
