HAMBURGER-VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. cubed potatoes
2 med. carrots, diced
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. raw rice
1 1/2 c. qt. water
1 tsp. salt

In large kettle brown hamburger, onion, and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 1 hour.
