TURNOVERS 
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm milk
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. evaporated milk
Any fruit filling

Mix Crisco, salt, flour like pie crust. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm milk. Add to crust mixture along with eggs, evaporated milk. Mix all together. Put in a covered bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Roll small ball of dough in sugar instead of flour size of a small plate. Put spoonful of fruit on 1/2 of dough and fold over, pinch edges together. Bake 30- 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes about 30. Drizzle with confectioners' icing.
