BUTTERSCOTCH STREUSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted

GLAZE:

3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk (or more)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, blend cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread 3/4 of batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine streusel ingredients. Sprinkle 2/3 cup of mixture over batter in pan. Spread balance of batter over this. Top with remainder of streusel. Bake in preheated oven 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and glaze with ingredients that have been thoroughly combined.
