COLE SLAW 
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. shredded cabbage

Combine the cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cabbage; toss to coat well. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
