HAM ROLLS 
1 lb. ham slices (luncheon meat)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Small green onions or scallions

Cut ham into 3 inch strips. Spread with cream cheese. Place 1 onion stalk near edge of ham, roll up jelly roll style. Can be cut to desired lengths. Toothpicks may be used to hold together or as hors d'oeuvres. Chill for several hours to allow onion to permeate cream cheese.
