CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 yellow or butter cake mix
5 c. flour
2 pkg. rapid rise yeast
2 1/2 c. hot (120 to 130 degrees) water

Mix cake mix, yeast, and 3 cups flour. Add hot water. Mix well. Add remaining flour. Knead. Place in warm place to rise. Let rise one time. Punch down. Divide in half, if desired, and roll out.

Spread with butter, brown and granulated sugars, cinnamon, nuts, raisins, etc. Roll up and slice. Place in a greased pan and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Ice as desired.
