BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 can beef broth cubes
1 c. sour cream
Cooked noodles

Cover steak strips with flour and pepper, brown in butter. Add drained mushrooms and onions, brown. Stir in beef broth. Cover and cook on low until tender, approximately 1 hour. Stir often. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
