SOLE FLORENTINE 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. lemon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. rice
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese
10 oz. broccoli
Paprika
8 fresh sole fillets (about 2 lb.)

Melt butter and combine it with lemon, salt and pepper. Combine above items with cooked rice, Cheddar cheese, sole, broccoli and paprika (to taste) in 11 x 7 inch dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
