1/2 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 sm. box Jello, appropriate flavor
1 tsp. flavoring of your choice
7 oz. angelflake coconut
Few drops of food coloring

Mix ingredients together and shape. Roll and decorate as you choose.

Strawberries; use strawberry Jello, shape like strawberries, use almond flavoring and roll in red sugar or more strawberry Jello.

Lemons: use lemon Jello, shape like little lemons, use lemon flavoring and roll in lemon Jello.

Limes: Follow as for lemons only use lime Jello.

Potatoes: Use lemon Jello, roll in balls, use vanilla flavoring, roll in cinnamon sugar mixture and dip toothpick in cinnamon and dot balls for "eyes".

Pears & Peaches & Apricots: use lemon Jello for pears. Shape and use red coloring for "blush: use peach and apricot Jello and "blush". For leaves you may buy plastic leaves or you may use green icing to garnish.
