TURTLE COOKIES 
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Melt chocolate and butter. Cool. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together. Add to chocolate mixture. Stir in flour. Drop by teaspoonful on a preheated waffle iron on medium setting. Close lid and cook for 1 minute. Remove with a fork. Cool.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. water
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
Confectioners' sugar

Bring all ingredients, except confectioners' sugar to a full boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in enough confectioners' sugar to achieve desired spreading consistency.
