VANILLA SHEET CAKE 
2 and 2/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk

Mix flour and sugar together, set aside. Bring oil, butter, and water to a boil. Add flour and sugar. Beat well. Slightly beat eggs, and add along with remaining ingredients, and mix well. Pour into a well greased jellyroll pan. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together, butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. Blend in sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Spread over warm cake.
