“CHICKEN WINGS ORIENT” IS IN:

CHICKEN WINGS ORIENT 
32 chicken wing pieces
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup dry cooking sherry or apple juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
Chopped fresh chives

Preheat broiler. Broil chicken wings about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to the slow cooker.

Combine onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. Add to slow cooker; stir to combine and cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.

Sprinkle with chives at serving.
