CRUNCHY CHICKEN SALAD 
5 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cubed sweet pickles
1 c. chopped almonds, toasted
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. pimento stuffed olives, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Chill. Serve on lettuce cups. Great for luncheons!
