CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 c. half and half

Cook broccoli in 1 cup water as directed on box. Do not drain. Melt cheese and milk together. Mix 1/2 flour and 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. Mix everything together and simmer. Then add 1/2 and 1/2 to the consistency desired. Cook as needed.
