1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar (white)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. honey
1 c. sour cream
pinch of salt
4 c. or so flour (so dough can be rolled to cut out)

Measure liquids together. Same for salt and soda in flour, then put into liquids to mix. (I sour milk day before with vinegar.) I also roll small balls. Roll in sugar. Flatten with fork.

Bake in 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased pan.
