2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
16 oz. can tomatoes
10 oz. frozen Fordhook lima beans
16 oz. can white kidney beans
16 oz. can red kidney beans
1 tbsp. chili sauce or taco sauce
4 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. (2 c.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Heat oil, cook onion and garlic until tender. Add all other ingredients, except cheese. Simmer about 30 minutes.
