MUSHROOM PITA PIZZAS | |
2 (6 inch) pita breads 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained 1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper 2 tsp. dried basil leaves 1 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 425 degrees. Split each pita bread around edges with knife to make 4 rounds. Place rounds cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheets. Arrange mushrooms on rounds. Top with onion and pepper. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each round into 8 wedges. 8 servings. |
