STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
20 oz. frozen sweetened strawberries
2 2/3 c. pretzels
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix Jello and water. Add strawberries. Refrigerate. Crumble pretzels; melt 3/4 cup butter. Add 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix well with pretzels. Press in 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream cheese with cup of sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over pretzels. When Jello is partially jelled, pour over cream cheese. Refrigerate.
