INFLATION CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. broken noodles

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are tender. Yields 6 servings.
