PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 2 c.
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 inch deep dish unbaked pie crust

Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix well and pour into pie crust.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking for 35-40 minutes.
