CRANBERRY - SOUR CREAM SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 pt. commercial sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry sauce. Cool and then fold in sour cream. Pour into a 6-cup mold and chill until firm. Makes 10 servings. Simple, fast, and yummy!!
