CHICKEN BREASTS AND RICE 
1-1/2 cup minute rice
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1-1/4 cup boiling water
4 chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter, melted
salt & pepper
paprika

Combine rice, soups and water in casserole dish. Roll chicken in butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375°F or 2 hours at 300°F.
