FIVE FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. each of the following extracts: vanilla, coconut, butter, rum and lemon

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after addition of each egg. Add dry ingredients, then milk and flavoring. Bake in a well-greased and floured tube pan about 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing. When cake is cooled, prepare a glaze of 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 teaspoon of the following flavorings: lemon, orange, almond, rum, butter, and coconut.
