HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 soup can full of milk
Salt and pepper
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese

Heat the soup and milk and pour over the other ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan.
