SHERRIED VEGGIE DIP 
2 (3 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. blue cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. grated onion

Let cream cheese, blue cheese and butter stand until room temperature, then cream together and add sherry and onion. Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with raw vegetables.
