NO FAIL BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
Best pudding ever!

1 egg
3/4 cup light molasses
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
2 cups blueberries
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 3/4 cup warm water

Whisk egg in a bowl, add molasses, spices, sugar and butter. Mix together. Stir in blueberries, add flour, baking soda, gradually add warm water. Put in a 2 liter ice cream plastic or similar container, put in pot of boiling water 3/4 full, put a plate underneath the container, boil for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, add more water to pot if necessary.
