1 pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz. each)
3 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crush cookies real small. Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.

Combine pudding and milk, fold into cream cheese mixture. Add Cool Whip. Top with crushed cookies.
