SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 pkg. okra
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. seasoning (Creole)
Shrimp (as desired)

Cook okra and tomatoes until tender, leaving plenty of water in them. Make small amount of brown gravy (don't add water to it). Pour this over in the okra and tomatoes. Season to taste. Add seasoning Creole and shrimp. Simmer approximately 30 minutes.
