CARROT BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 2/3 c. oil 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. nuts Mix sugar, oil then sifted dry ingredients. Add carrots next eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add nuts. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 55 minutes or until center springs up. Test with toothpick. Bake at 375 degrees. |
