BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 tbsp. fat or oil
1 med. onion
2 c. liquid from cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. cut up cooked boned turkey or chicken
2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
2 c. cooked or canned lima beans
2 c. cooked or canned whole corn

Cook onion in fat or oil until tender. Add rest of ingredients. Heat.
