COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9 1/2 inch) pie crust
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. pkg. coconut

Mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 55-65 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is brown, custard is firm.
