INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
1 lb. ground cured ham
1 lb. fresh ground pork
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix loaf ingredients together, form into miniature loaves and place in greased baking pan. Mix together topping ingredients and pour over meat. Baste occasionally while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
