1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
2 tbsp. water

Mix in saucepan. Boil until spins a thread or makes a firm ball. Beat 2 egg white until stiff.

Pour syrup mixture slowly into egg whites and continue stirring. Blend in 1 teaspoon vanilla. May be tinted green or pink or peppermint flavor added.
