GARLIC CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 stick butter

SAUCE:

2 sm. cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion (dry minced onion may be used)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice

Prepare sauce in small bowl; set aside. Melt butter in baking dish in a 350 degree oven. Shake chicken in bag with flour, slat, pepper, and paprika. Place chicken skin side down in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; pour sauce over each piece. Bake 30 minutes longer or until done.
