SPINACH AND HAM ROLL UPS | |
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. mustard 1 c. quick cooking rice 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. small curd cottage cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. unsifted flour 18 slices boiled ham Buttered bread crumbs In small bowl, mix soup, sour cream, mustard. In medium bowl mix 1/2 cup soup mix, rice, spinach, cheese, eggs, onion and flour. Put 2 tablespoons on each ham slice; roll and place seam side down in 11 x 7 inch dish (or 13 x 9 inches). Spoon remaining soup mix over ham; top with crumbs. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes. |
