CHEESE BEEF ROLL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese (2 c.)

Heat to soft, not melted.

ADD: 2 pkgs. dry beef 1 pkg. dry bacon and onion dip OR Garlic and onion soup mix

Lay 4 slices of beef, overlap 1/2-3/4 inch. Have 3 rolls. Spread very gently on the beef. Lay on waxed paper, then roll it up. Slice in thin slices.
