CAESAR SALAD (Egg-free) 
2 inch squeeze of anchovy paste (available in tube near canned tuna)
1 lg. clove garlic (pressed)
1/2 c. olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dash of black pepper
Splash of Tabasco
Splash of Worcestershire
1/2 c. grated cheese (locatelli works best, but Parmesan ok)
1 head Romaine lettuce
8 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Seasoned croutons

Combine first eight (8) ingredients. Mix well with fork. Allow flavors to blend at least one hour. Toss dressing with Romaine, mushrooms and croutons.

NOTE: All ingredients can be adjusted to taste.
