STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 pkg. spinach souffle, thawed
1 c. non-toasted bread crumbs
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. instant minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
24-26 lg. mushrooms
Paprika, sprinkled on
Parmesan, sprinkled on

Mix all ingredients together. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture. Place on well-buttered pan (cookie sheet). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Melt 1/2 stick butter and drizzle over mushrooms. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
