WHITE CHILI 
4 c. chicken broth (4 cans)
5 cans Great Northern beans
1 large finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 cans chopped green chilies
4 c. cooked and chopped chicken
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
8 oz. sour cream

Combine first 9 ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Add chicken. Add Monterey Jack cheese, then add sour cream; let simmer 15 minutes.
