CARAMEL TURTLES 
On greased baking sheet arrange pecan halves, flat side down, in groups of four. Center one vanilla caramel atop each cluster of pecans. Heat in slow oven (325 degrees) until caramels soften, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven; with a butter spatula, flatten caramels over pecans. Cool slightly; remove from pan to waxed paper. Spread tops with melted semi-sweet morsels.
