HAWAIIAN DROP COOKIES 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 c. pineapple, crushed, drained
1/2 c. coconut

Mix all together, except pineapple and coconut. Add pineapple and coconut. Drop on cookie sheet, and bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
