HOBO STEW 
1 1/2 lb. cube steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
1 green pepper, chopped

Combine meat, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings in a 3-quart casserole. Cover. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 40-45 minutes or until meat is tender.

Stir twice during cooking.; Stir in potatoes. Cover. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 10-15 minutes. Add corn and green pepper. Cover. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Stir well before serving. Yield 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
